Aadu Oru Bheekara Jeevi Aanu (English: One night, a calf becomes a deer) is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Rajesh Pillai. The film stars Tovino Thomas, Vinayakan, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Baiju Dharmajan has supporting roles in the film.The films was originally titled Kaashmora but was later renamed Aadu Oru Bheekara Jeevi Aanu due to the popularity of another Malayalam movie with same title releasing 3 days before it. The film deals with the story of four youngsters who are madly in love with the same girl. A mad cap comedy that deals with the fantasies of four young boys who couldn't win over an attractive girl.

The film's cinematography is done by Aby Suso, editing is handled by Sudheer Palsane and Satheesh Kurup is handling the production design.A promotional song was released on 28 November 2014, which was written by Rafeeq Ahammed and composed by Shaan Rahman. The track features Tovino Thomas singing along with Divya Suresh, Shruthi Menon and Ashwin Thatha. It was choreographed by Aman George.The music for the film is composed by Shaan Rahman. The album consists of 5 songs, are sung by Tovino Thomas, Divya Suresh, Shruthi Menon and Ashwin Thatha.The film released on 25 December 2014 amidst mixed reviews from critics and audience. According to other sources the film's budget is around . Rajesh Pillai won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Director while Tovino Thomas and Vinayakan won Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor and Actress respectively. The film was remade in Kannada as "Mukunda Madhava" in 2016.In reply to a question in a popular talk show that the story is borrowed from Rajesh's earlier Malayalam film "Traffic", he denied that and said that he had actually written the script for "Traffic", but later changed the script when he met Tovino for this project. He clarified his stand by adding, ""Is it so impossible to believe that two stories could have similar plots? There are lakhs of stories about love, friendship and intolerance. If I have been accused of plagiarism, it is wrong. I have already written the script for Traffic and it’s based on the same story as Aadu Oru Bheekara Jeevi Aanu."" The film opened to positive reviews from audience and critics. The film grossed around 8.5 crore million in just 5 days at the box office by now, making it the biggest opening day grosser of 2014. The film grossed over 20 crore within 9 days and became one of the highest earning Malayalam film of 2014 (11th highest). The film was declared as hit and is considered as one of the biggest blockbusters of 2014, by now.
